Clients post briefs. Vetted creatives pitch, get picked and deliver. Escrow pays out per phase. And the whole thing has a 3D studio you can actually walk through.
The Multimedia Studio (TMS) is an online creative studio. Clients post briefs for creative work; vetted creatives — designers, illustrators, motion designers, video editors, photographers, writers and 3D artists — pitch, get picked and deliver. Payment is held in escrow and released phase by phase.
For creatives: Briefs come to you.
Build a profile that says exactly what you do. TMS matches your skills to real client briefs, invites you to short paid pitches, and pays you per phase through Stripe.
Describe the work once. An assistant turns it into a clean brief, TMS matches vetted talent, you compare short pitches and pay a deposit into escrow to begin.
Set up your profile — Skills, samples, languages, countries. Specific beats long: the matcher reads it.
Get matched and pitch — Bookmark briefs you like. When you fit, you are invited to a short paid pitch or hired directly.
Deliver and get paid — Confirm, sign the terms, work in Brief Chat, submit. Deposit and final are paid out per phase.
How it works for clients
Write the brief with help — Tell the Brief Assistant what you need. It shapes goal, deliverables, formats, timeline and budget.
Compare pitches — TMS matches talent. Nominate a few for a short paid pitch, or direct-hire someone you already trust.
Pay in phases — A deposit kicks off the work, escrow holds it, and the final payment closes it once you approve.
What is inside
Briefs — Job, project or “more help” posts with an AI assistant that writes the brief with you.
Campaigns & Projects — Multi-role work with a staffed team, Gantt timeline, workflow board and team chat.
Creative Hub — A creatives-only feed to post work, follow each other and stay sharp. Clients find you through your profile, not the feed.
Escrow via Stripe — Deposit to start, final to close. Creatives connect Stripe once and get paid per phase.
The Grid — A public 3D studio city: walk in, meet people, rent a storefront or a Galleria unit, rent an apartment in the towers, race at The Raceway or play a round in the Backlot.
Help Desk — Guidebooks plus real admins on tickets. Curated sign-ups keep the room serious.
The Grid
The Grid is a free 3D city you walk through in your web browser, made by The Multimedia Studio. No download and no account needed: walk in as a guest and explore a two-level mall, a four-screen cinema, a university campus, office and apartment towers, a racing game, an arcade, escape rooms and a waterfront.

How do creatives get paid?
Creatives connect a Stripe account once. The client pays a deposit to start and a final payment to close; the money is held in escrow between the two and paid out to the creative per phase.
What is a paid pitch?
A short sample task that lets a few creatives show the exact skills a brief needs before one is hired. It is paid, and it is never the real job.
Who can join?
Creatives and clients both sign up for free. TMS is curated: a person reviews every new account before it opens.
