Advertise in the Grid

Put your brand where people walk.

The Grid is the 3D city inside The Multimedia Studio. Everyone who visits arrives on the forecourt facing the Galleria, and its street-level lightboxes can carry your ad: a still or a silent video, with a button people can press.

Why the Grid

  • A live audience — Everyone counted is a real visitor with the Grid open, walking between the studio, the Galleria and the city: creatives, clients and guests. People, not bots.
  • Measured honestly — A view is someone in front of the panel, looking its way, for at least 2 seconds while your ad was the one on screen. Your own looks never count.
  • No tracking — Everyone who walks past sees the same wall. Nothing about the viewer is used to choose what they see, so there is no targeting and no profile. Your numbers are counts, never names.
  • Pay only when approved — Your card is held when you book and charged only when a person approves the ad. If it is turned down, it costs you nothing.
  • Video or still — Run an image, or a silent video loop that plays on the panel as people pass. Swap the artwork later if you want a fresh look.
  • Your button on the ad — Anyone who walks up to your panel can open its card and press your button: your website, a taxi straight to your store in the Grid, or your TMS profile.
  • For creatives and clients — Creatives can put their own name up in lights. Clients can promote a brand, a launch or a campaign. Same panels, same prices.
  • Your own wall, cheaper — Rent the Galleria shop behind a panel and that panel costs you less. The discount is applied at checkout automatically.

How it works

  1. Pick your panels and dates — One panel, a few, or a whole face. Choose shared or exclusive, a still or a video, and the days you want. You see the exact price before you pay.
  2. Upload your artwork, or make it here — Bring an image or a silent video, or build one in the browser from your logo, a headline and a colour. Add a button to your website, your Grid store or your TMS profile.
  3. A person reviews it, then it goes live — Once it is approved it runs on your dates. Your dashboard shows views, people, time in sight, card opens and button clicks, day by day.

What we never run

  • Sexual or adult content
  • Hateful, violent or harassing content
  • A restricted category (weapons, drugs, gambling, political or issue ads)
  • Misleading or unsupported claims
  • It imitates TMS, the Grid or another brand
  • It uses material you may not have the rights to

Questions people ask

What counts as a view?
Someone in the Grid standing in front of the panel at street level (within 40 m, no more than 65° off its face), looking its way, for at least 2 seconds while your ad is the one on screen. The same person again within half an hour is still one view, and your own looks never count.
Where exactly does my ad show?
On the panels you pick: the lightboxes set into the Galleria’s outside walls at street level, on the studio side facing the forecourt or on the main-road side facing The Boulevard. Everyone in the Grid sees the same panel at the same moment.
Shared or exclusive: what’s the difference?
Each panel runs a one-minute loop of 4 turns of 15 seconds, in step for everyone. Shared buys one turn in every minute, all day. Exclusive buys all 4, so the panel is yours. Turns nobody has bought show the Galleria’s own posters.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before your ad is reviewed and you pay nothing: the hold on your card is released. If it has been approved but hasn’t started yet, you get a refund, less the card fees.
What if the review runs late?
We aim to review every ad within 48 hours. If a review runs past your start date, you are charged only for the days that actually run.
Can I change the artwork?
Yes, any time. The new artwork is reviewed by a person while the current one keeps running, and it swaps in once it is approved.
Who can book?
Anyone with a TMS account: creatives promoting themselves, clients promoting a brand or a campaign. Anyone can look around; booking asks you to sign in.
Do you track the people who see my ad?
No. Everyone who walks past sees the same wall, and nothing about them is used to decide what they see. Your dashboard shows counts (views, people, time in sight, opens, clicks), never who.
