What you can do there

  • The studio — The triangular TMS building on the forecourt: a reception desk with Clover the receptionist, a gallery of creatives’ work, workstations, meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace.
  • The Galleria — A two-level shopping mall with 64 shops either side of the avenue, an atrium with escalators and a glass sky bridge. Empty units can be rented and fitted out.

  • UniverseT — The university campus at the head of the park: lecture halls, classrooms, an auditorium and a student residence tower.

  • The Raceway — Race up to 8 drivers round the city or on Harbour Eight.
  • The Backlot — An arcade shooter inside Virtua Cada in the Tech Park: co-op waves, free for all and Search & Deploy.
  • Lockworks — Escape rooms in eight themes, played with friends.
  • The waterfront — A beach, a boardwalk, the Quay Market, kayaks, a water bus and water taxis, and the Wheel with its private cabins.
  • The Night Market and Park Row — Market stalls, food trucks and a terrace of shops and lofts by the park.
