What an office gives your team
- Rooms and pods — closed rooms in the office; lock one, and what’s said inside stays with the people in it.
- Roles — you run the office as its manager and give co-managers, leads, members and viewers what each needs — never more than you have.
- Screens — share your screen to every computer in the office or to one room; the office has its own computers and TVs.
- Whiteboards — draw and pin files together.
- Camera on — video works in offices and homes — turn your camera on and talk face to face.
- Meetings — a shared calendar for the team: schedule video meetings with up to 4 screens shared at once, hold one of the office’s rooms for them, and put a calendar board in the office to see the week. About the meetings
- Visitors — give someone a visitor pass, or schedule a named visit and send a code link to people without an account.
- Your way — arrange the furniture, put your name and colours on it, and add a pool or table tennis table for breaks.
Where the offices are
- African Lotus — 30 offices: the tallest tower in the city, by the bay.

- Carthage Point — 10 offices: ten office floors facing the park.
- Great Zimbabwe — 10 offices: its twin by the water, joined high up by a glass sky bridge.

Questions people ask
- Can my team meet in a virtual office in the browser?
- Yes. Rent an office in one of the Grid’s towers and your team walks in from any browser — on a computer or a phone — to talk, share screens and meet in its own rooms. Nothing to install.
- Is the office private?
- Yes. Only you, your team and the people you invite can go in. Inside, a closed room or pod keeps what’s said there to the people in it.
- Can someone without an account visit?
- Yes. Schedule a visit with a name, a time and a length, and send each visitor their own code link. Teammates with accounts get a role instead.
- Can we share screens and use a camera?
- Yes. Share your screen to every computer in the office or to one room, work on the office’s whiteboards, and turn your camera on — video works in offices and homes.
- Can my team schedule meetings in the office?
- Yes. The office has a shared calendar: team members whose role lets them hold meetings put video meetings on it and can hold one of the office’s rooms — while a meeting is on, only its people can be in that room. Up to 4 screens can be shared at once. Visitors see only when the office is busy.
- How much is an office?
- From US$25 a month. Offices are rented by the month, the quarter or the year with a free account; the rent page shows the exact price in your currency.
