Video meetings that show four screens at once
Schedule a meeting on your calendar, invite your team or anyone with a link, and share more than one screen: up to 3 each, 4 on the stage together. Click the screen you want to zoom into, and go back to see them all.
For creatives, clients and office teams on TMS. Guests join from their invitation in the browser — no download, no account.

Share more than one screen
One person can share up to 3 screens, and up to 4 can be on the stage at once from anyone in the meeting. The stage splits to show them all. Click the one you want and it fills the stage, sharp, with the others waiting beside it — go back to see them all whenever you like.

- Bring everyone here — the host can bring everyone to one screen, then let them look around again.
- Sound — share a tab’s or your computer’s sound with its screen.
- From a phone — present a photo or a video; it plays from your phone, and nothing is uploaded.
- Who shares — everyone, or only the hosts — the host decides.
Schedule it on a calendar
- Month, week, day or list — your meetings and the ones you’re invited to, in your time zone.
- Repeats — every day, every weekday, every week, every two weeks or every month — and skip one when you need to.
- Invitations — your connections, your brief’s team, your office’s team, and up to 20 guests by email. Each answers Going, Maybe or Not going, with a note.
- Find a time — see when the people you invite are busy — the times only, never what.
- Reminders — a notification 15 minutes before.
- Your own calendar — add a meeting to the calendar you already use, or to Google Calendar.
Keep it private
- Who can join — invited people only, anyone with the link, your office’s team or your brief’s team.
- A waiting room and a passcode — admit people one by one or all at once; lock the meeting once everyone’s in.
- Hosts in charge — co-hosts, mute one or everyone, ask someone to unmute, remove someone; start with microphones muted or cameras off; chat on or off.
- Quiet links — a meeting link shared in a chat never shows the meeting’s title or who’s invited.
- Email addresses — a guest’s email address is shown only to the hosts.
- No recording — nothing is recorded; the chat is deleted after 30 days.
In the meeting
- Raise your hand — the host sees who asked first.
- Emoji reactions — a quick thumbs up without unmuting.
- Chat — beside the meeting, for links and notes.
- People — who’s here, who’s waiting, who has a hand up.
For teams with an office in the Grid
Teams with an office in the Grid share a calendar: anyone whose role lets them hold meetings puts one on it, and can hold one of the office’s rooms for it — while it’s on, only the meeting’s people can be in that room. Put a calendar board in the office to see the week. Visitors see only when the office is busy, never what.
For briefs
Clients and the creatives working on their brief meet with the brief’s whole team in one invitation — from the Brief Zone or the Work Space, beside the brief itself.
How to schedule a meeting
- Open Meetings — Creatives find it in their Work Space, clients in the Brief Zone, and everyone on the Grid phone’s Calendar.

- Invite people — Add your connections, your brief’s or your office’s team, and up to 20 guests by email.
- Choose who gets in — Invited people only or anyone with the link, a waiting room, a passcode.
- Join and share — Join from the invitation or the link, and share up to 3 screens of your own.
Questions people ask
- Can more than one person share their screen in a video meeting?
- Yes. Up to 4 screens can be on the stage at once — from different people, or several from one. The stage splits to show them all; click one to zoom in, and go back to see them all.
- Can I share two screens at the same time?
- Yes — up to 3 of your own, as long as fewer than 4 are showing in the meeting.
- Do guests need an account?
- No. Guests you invite by email, or anyone with the link when you allow it, join in their browser and type their name.
- How many people can join a meeting?
- Up to 25 people, with up to 16 cameras on screen. A meeting can last up to 4 hours.
- Are meetings recorded?
- No. Nothing is recorded, and a meeting’s chat is deleted after 30 days.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes, in the phone’s browser. On a phone you can present a photo or a video from it; sharing a screen needs a computer.
- Who can schedule a meeting?
- Creatives and clients on TMS, and teams with an office in the Grid. Anyone can join a meeting they’re invited to.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Scheduling and joining meetings costs nothing.
